The solution of 4-(3-(2-chloro-5-((2,2,2-trifluoroacetamido)methyl)phenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-N-(3-(difluoromethyl)phenyl)-2-methoxybenzamide (0.070 g, 0.11 mmol) in 20% aq. KOH (10 mL) and aq. NH3 (2 mL) was stirred for 24 h at RT. Excess of solvent was removed under vacuum and filtered off to afford 0.015 g of desired product.
