To a solution of 304a (286 mg, 1.26 mmol) in methanol (10 mL) was added Pd/C (28.6 mg). The system was evacuated and then refilled with H2. After stirring at room temperature for 2 h, the mixture was filtered off. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 304b as a yellow solid (240 mg, 97%), which was used in the next step without further purification. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 197.0
