Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Intermediate-66 by using N-(4-chloro-3-(1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide (0.400 g), KOH (0.200 g), water (2 mL) and THF (5.0 mL) to afford 0.200 g of the desired product.
