Reaction Steps

Prepared according to the described general procedure 4 (GP4) by reaction of 5-(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-methylpyrrolidin-2-one with 1-(1-bromopropyl)-4-(trifluoromethoxy)-benzene. Subsequent purification by preparative HPLC afforded the target compound. LC-MS (conditions A): tR=1.00 min.; [M+H]+: 438.28 g/mol.
