Reaction Steps

Prepared according to the described general procedure 8 (GP8) by C-alkylation of 6-(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-(4-(trifluoromethoxy)benzyl)piperidin-2-one with commercially available iodomethane. Subsequent purification by preparative HPLC afforded the target compound. LC-MS (conditions E): tR=0.84 min.; [M+H]+: 424.22 g/mol.
