Prepared according to the described general procedure 2 (GP2) by reaction of methyl 4-([1,1′-biphenyl]-2-yl)-4-aminobutanoate with commercially available 2-phenylthiazole-4-carbaldehyde. Subsequent purification by preparative HPLC afforded the target compound. LC-MS (conditions A): tR=0.96 min.; [M+H]+: 410.81 g/mol.
