Procedure

The mixture of di-tert-butyl[6′-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)dispiro[cyclopropane-1,3′-chromene-4′,4″-[1,3]oxazol]-2″-yl]imidodicarbonate (140 mg, 0.25 mmol), 5-bromo-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine (87 mg, 0.44 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (58 mg, 0.050 mmol), and Na2CO3 (80 mg, 0.76 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane-H2O (2.8 ml, 4:1) was stirred for 7 hours at 100° C. After dilution with EtOAc and H2O, the organic layer was washed with H2O, dried over MgSO4, and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (CHCl3:MeOH=100:0-85:15) to give white solid. The solid was washed by diisopropyl ether to give 6′-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)dispiro[cyclopropane-1,3′-chromene-4′,4″-[1,3]oxazol]-2″-amine (42 mg).
