The title compound was synthesised following the procedure in Example 5 (step viii) using 2-chloro-5,7,7-trimethyl-4-((S)-3-methylmorpholino)-5,7-dihydrothieno[3,4-d]pyrimidine 6,6-dioxide and 1-ethyl-3-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)urea. LC-MS (Method D), (ES+) 474, RT=3.00 min.
