To 4-(2-amino-5-(5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-2-fluorobenzoic acid (100 mg, 0.319 mmol) in MeOH (15 mL) under N2 atmosphere was added Pd—C (67.9 mg, 0.064 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 h under H2 balloon. The reaction mixture was filter through Celite and washed with methanol. The filtrate was evaporated. The crude was proceed for next step. LCMS(m/z): 316.2 (MH+), 0.338 min.
