Procedure

When the t-butyl ester of 7-ADCA is acylated with trifluoroethylsulfonylacetic acid by the procedure of Example 8, 7-trifluoroethylsulfonylacetamido-3-methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid is obtained.
