Reaction Steps
The title compound (19 mg) was prepared from (RS)-1-[2-(5-bromo-benzofuran-2-ylmethyl)-piperidin-1-yl]-1-[5-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-2-methyl-thiazol-4-yl]-methanone, E129 (420 mg) and copper(I)cyanide according to a procedure similar to that described for Example 67.
