Compound 13 (10 mg, 0.018 mmol) and methoxyamine hydrochloride (50 eqv., 0.92 mmol, 77 mg) were dissolved in 2 mL of EtOH. Pyridine (0.1 mL) was added and the mixture was stirred at 45° C. for 12 h. The solvent was then removed in vacuo and the crude solid was purified via LCMS to yield 8 mg of a white solid (76% yield; mixture of isomers). Expected mass=569. Observed mass=570.
