Prepared from (4s)-1-azatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-4-ylamine hydrochloride and 4-chlorobenzoic acid (Aldrich) according to methods A and C; yield 49 mg, 0.17 mmol (63%): 1H NMR (300 MHz, methanol-d4) δ 1.96 (d, J=14 Hz, 2H), 2.20 (s, 1H), 2.32 (d, J=14 Hz, 2H), 2.46 (s, 2H), 3.57 (s, 2H), 3.67 (s, 4H), 4.39 (s, 1H), 7.49 (d, J=8 Hz, 2H), 7.83 (d, J=8 Hz, 2H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 291 (M+H)+; Anal. C16H19ClN2O.HCl: C, H, N.
