Compound 9 was prepared following general synthetic scheme 7 wherein (3-fluorophenyl)methanamine was reacted with 4-hydroxybenzo[d][1,2,3]-triazine-8-carboxamide to give the title compound. LC-MS [298 (M+1)], 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): 9.39 (s, 1H), 9.32 (s, 1H), 8.55-8.50 (m, 2H), 8.05 (s, 1H), 7.99 (t, 1H), 7.41-7.35 (m, 1H), 7.26-7.23 (m, 2H), 7.11-7.09 (m, 1H), 4.93 (d, 2H).
