Compound 14 was prepared following general synthetic scheme 7 wherein (S)-2-(Azetidin-1-yl)-1-(4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethan-1-amine was reacted with 4-hydroxybenzo[d][1,2,3]-triazine-8-carboxamide to give the title compound. LC-MS [451 (M+1)], 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.30 (s, 1H), 8.87 (d, 1H), 8.63 (d, 1H), 8.54 (d, 1H), 8.05-8.01 (m, 3H), 7.81 (d, 1H), 7.70 (d, 1H), 5.59 (d, 1H), 3.21-3.14 (m, 4H), 3.02 (t, 1H), 2.99-2.78 (m, 1H), 1.92 (t, 2H).
