Compound 20 was prepared following general synthetic scheme 7 wherein (S)-2-(azetidin-1-yl)-1-(4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethanamine was reacted with 4-hydroxypyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide to give the title compound. LC-MS [451 (M+1)], 1H NMR (400 MHz, Chloroform-d) δ 10.43 (s, 1H), 9.75 (s, 1H), 9.59 (s, 1H), 8.62 (s, 1H), 7.98 (s, 1H), 7.69 (s, 1H), 7.48 (d, 2H), 6.12 (s, 1H), 5.18 (d, 1H), 3.25 (dq, 4H), 3.05-2.89 (m, 2H), 2.14 (p, 2H).
