Compound 25 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 9 wherein 4-hydroxy-pyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxylic acid amide was reacted with tert-butyl 3-amino-4-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate to give the title compound. LC-MS [417 (M+H)], 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.77 (d, 1H), 8.99 (d, 1H), 8.93-8.82 (m, 1H), 8.82-8.70 (m, 1H), 8.65 (d, 1H), 8.36 (d, 2H), 8.16 (d, 1H), 7.48 (t, 4H), 5.37-5.21 (m, 1H), 3.75-3.42 (m, 1H), 3.26-3.06 (m, 1H), 2.02 (d, 1H).
