Compound 27 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with (S)-2-Azetidin-1-yl-1-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-ethylamine dihydrochloride to give the title compound as a white solid. LC/MS [417 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.92 (d, J=3.4 Hz, 1H), 9.11 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 9.01 (dd, J=4.5, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 8.53 (s, 1H), 8.38 (dd, J=4.5, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (d, J=3.4 Hz, 1H), 7.83-7.50 (m, 3H), 5.36 (q, J=7.2 Hz, 1H), 3.21-2.99 (m, 4H), 2.84 (dd, J=12.0, 5.6 Hz, 1H), 1.92 (p, J=6.9 Hz, 2H).
