Compound 36 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with (S)-2-Azetidin-1-yl-1-(4-chloro-phenyl)-ethylamine dihydrochloride to give the title compound as an off-white solid. LC/MS [383 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.94 (s, 1H), 9.27-8.84 (m, 2H), 8.53 (s, 1H), 8.37 (d, J=4.4 Hz, 1H), 8.17 (s, 1H), 7.49 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.36 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 5.37-4.98 (m, 2H), 3.16-2.94 (m, 3H), 2.78 (dd, J=11.9, 5.3 Hz, 1H), 2.07-1.65 (m, 2H).
