The title compound (95 mg) was prepared as in Example 177, Steps C and D, using 205 mg of 2-isopropyl-3-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-1,2,6-triaza-azulene-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 189, Step A) and 211 mg of 4-cyanophenylboronic acid. MS (ESI): exact mass calculated for C17H20N4, 280.17. found, m/z 281.4 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD): 7.57 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.33 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 4.36 (m, 1H), 3.42-3.40 (m, 2H), 3.19-3.17 (m, 2H), 2.79-2.77 (m, 2H), 1.40 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 6H).
