Compound 46 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with (S)-2-Azetidin-1-yl-1-(4-chloro-3-methyl-phenyl)-ethylamine dihydrochloride to give the title compound as an off-white solid. LC/MS [397 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.95 (s, 1H), 9.01 (s, 1H), 8.99 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 8.53 (s, 1H), 8.37 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 8.17 (s, 1H), 7.45 (s, 1H), 7.39-7.24 (m, 2H), 5.34-5.17 (m, 1H), 3.20-2.98 (m, 5H), 2.83-2.71 (m, 1H), 2.29 (s, 3H), 2.01-1.84 (m, 1H).
