Compound 47 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with 4-((S)-1-Amino-2-azetidin-1-yl-ethyl)-2-chloro-benzonitrile hydrochloride to give the title compound as a white solid. LC/MS [409 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.90 (s, 1H), 9.16 (d, 1H), 9.03 (d, 1H), 8.56 (s, 1H), 8.40 (d, 1H), 8.18 (s, 1H), 7.93 (d, 1H), 7.66 (d, 1H), 5.35 (s, 1H), 3.27-2.97 (m, 2H), 2.88 (d, 2H), 2.01-1.83 (m, 4H).
