The title compound (83 mg) was prepared according to Example 215 using 203 mg of 2-(tert-butyl)-3-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-4,5,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-1,2,6-triaza-azulene-6-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 215, Step A) and 176 mg of 2-thiopheneboronic acid. MS (ESI): exact mass calculated for C15H21N3S, 275.15. found, m/z 276.4 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD): 7.57-7.56 (m, 1H), 7.08-7.06 (m, 1H), 7.01-7.00 (m, 1H), 3.29-3.27 (m, 2H), 3.17-3.14 (m, 2H), 2.51-2.48 (m, 2H), 1.37 (s, 9H).
