Compound 48 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with (S)-2-Azetidin-1-yl-1-(3-difluoromethyl-4-fluoro-phenyl)-ethylamine hydrochloride to give the title compound as a white solid. LC/MS [409 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.93 (s, 1H), 9.09 (d, 1H), 9.02 (d, 1H), 8.55 (s, 1H), 8.39 (d, 1H), 8.18 (s, 1H), 7.58 (t, 1H), 7.52 (d, 1H), 7.45 (d, 1H), 7.29 (s, 1H), 7.16 (s, 1H), 7.02 (s, 1H), 5.34 (dd, 1H), 3.20-3.02 (m, 4H), 2.84 (dd, 2H), 1.99-1.85 (m, 2H).
