Compound 56 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with N—[(S)-2-Amino-2-(4-fluoro-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-ethyl]-N-ethyl-4-nitro-benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride to give the title compound as a white solid. LC/MS [423 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.93 (d, 1H), 9.26 (s, 1H), 9.00 (d, 1H), 8.54 (s, 1H), 8.37 (d, 1H), 8.16 (d, 1H), 7.92 (dd, 1H), 7.82 (ddd, 1H), 7.44 (dd, 1H), 5.51 (m, 1H), 3.17 (dd, 1H), 2.99 (dd, 1H), 2.62-2.52 (q, 2H), 0.97 (t, 3H).
