Compound 64 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with N—[(S)-2-Amino-2-(3-chloro-phenyl)-ethyl]-N-methyl-4-nitro-benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride to give the title compound. LC/MS [357 (M+H)]1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.96 (s, 1H), 9.20 (br s, 1H), 9.00 (d, 1H), 8.55 (s, 1H), 8.39 (d, 1H), 8.20 (s, 1H), 7.56 (m, 1H), 7.47-7.26 (m, 3H), 5.48 (s, 1H), 3.16 (dd, 1H), 2.92 (dd, 1H), 2.31 (s, 3H)
