An aqueous solution (0.1 mL) of sodium dihydrogenphosphate (9.00 mg, 0.065 mmol) and sodium chlorite (5.00 mg, 0.055 mmol) was added to a solution of 10c (37.0 mg, 0.046 mmol) in tert-butyl alcohol (0.4 mL), dioxane (0.2 mL) and isobutylene (˜0.1 mL) at room temperature. After 1.5 h, the reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the crude residue triturated repeatedly with ethyl acetate. The organic washings were dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound 10d.
