Compound 67 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with N—[(S)-2-Amino-2-(4-fluoro-3-methyl-phenyl)-ethyl]-N-methyl-4-nitro-benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride to give the title compound. LC/MS [355 (M+H)]1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.97 (s, 1H), 9.07 (s, 1H), 8.99 (d, 1H), 8.54 (s, 1H), 8.38 (d, 1H), 8.17 (s, 1H), 7.38 (m, 1H), 7.30 (m, 1H), 7.07 (m, 1H), 5.45 (s, 1H), 3.15 (dd, 1H), 2.89 (dd, 1H), 2.32 (s, 3H), 2.21 (s, 3H).
