Compound 68 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with (S)-2-azetidin-1-yl-1-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-ethylamine hydrochloride to give the title compound. LC/MS [367 (M+H)]1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.94 (s, 1H), 9.07 (d, 1H), 9.01 (d, 1H), 8.56 (s, 1H), 8.39 (d, 1H), 8.17 (s, 1H), 7.34 (m, 3H), 7.07 (m, 1H), 5.36 (m, 1H), 3.13 (m, 4H), 2.86 (m, 1H), 1.96 (m, 2H).
