A solution of the product of Example 320C (47 mg, 0.11 mmol) in concentrated sulfuric acid (2 mL) at 0° C. was treated with ammonium nitrate (10 mg, 0.13 mmol). After stirring at ambient temperature for 25 minutes, the solution was poured into ice water and the precipitate was filtered, dried, and purified by flash chromatography, eluting with 2% methanol in dichloromethane to yield the title compound (10 mg, 19%). MS (ESI−) m/z 470 (M−H)−. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.14 (d, J=4.04 Hz, 2 H) 0.41 (m, 2 H) 1.01 (m, 1 H) 2.84 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 2 H) 7.44 (m, 2 H) 7.77 (d, J=9.56 Hz, 1 H) 7.88 (t, J=7.91 Hz, 1 H) 8.08 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1 H) 8.16 (dd, J=8.09, 1.10 Hz, 1 H) 11.83 (s, 1 H).
