Reaction Steps

To the product of Example 205 (21.5 g, 0.05 mmol) in pyridine (1 mL) was added 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride (44 mg, 0.2 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated in a microwave reactor at 120° C. for 120 minutes. The reaction was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was triturated with water (1 ml), filtered, and washed with of hexane:ethyl acetate (1:1). The crude product was chromatographed on silica gel, eluting with dichloromethane:methanol (399:1) to give the title compound (8 mg, 26%).
