To the product of Example 205 (21.5 g, 0.05 mmol) in pyridine (1 mL) was added 2,6-dichlorobenzenesulfonyl chloride (49, 0.2 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated in a microwave reactor at 120° C. for 120 minutes. The reaction was cooled to 25° C. and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was triturated with water (1 mL), filtered, and washed with 1:1 hexane:ethyl acetat. The crude product was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with 399:1 dichloromethane:methanol to give the title compound (5 mg, 16%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.97 (d, J=6.62 Hz, 6 H) 1.54 (m, 2 H) 1.67 (m, 1 H) 4.46 (m, 2 H) 7.47 (m, 2 H) 7.58 (m, 2 H) 7.68 (m, 3 H) 8.54 (dd, J=7.72, 1.84 Hz, 1 H) 8.88 (dd, J=4.78, 1.84 Hz, 1 H) 11.43 (s, 1 H) 14.02 (s, 1 H). MS (ESI−) m/z 634 (M−H)−.
