Reaction Steps
To a solution of the product of Example 353E (16.5 mg, 0.037 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (0.4 mL) was added triethylamine (0.011 mL, 0.079 mmol). The mixture was cooled to 0° C. and α-toluene sulfonyl chloride was added (0.008 g, 0.041 mmol). The reaction mixture was warmed to 23° C. and stirred for 0.5 hours. The reaction mixture was then heated to 50° C. and stirred for 1.75 hours. Additional triethylamine (0.010 mL, 0.074 mmol) and α-toluene sulfonyl chloride (0.007 g, 0.037 mmol) were added and the reaction mixture was stirred at 23° C. for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse phase chromatography, eluting with a gradient of 10% acetonitrile/0.1% trifluoroacetic acid in water to 95% acetonitrile/0.1% trifluoracetic acid in water to give the title compound (7.7 mg, 35%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.15 (d, J=4.04 Hz, 2 H) 0.42 (d, J=7.72 Hz, 2 H) 1.00 (m, 1 H) 2.84 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 2 H) 4.23 (d, J=5.52 Hz, 2 H) 4.44 (s, 2 H) 6.37 (bs, 1 H) 7.32 (s, 1 H) 7.42 (m, 6 H) 7.86 (m, 2 H) 8.07 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1 H) 8.16 (dd, 1 H) 14.50 (bs, 1 H).
