Procedure

After adding 50 mg of palladium carbon to 10 ml solution of ethanol with 25 mg of 4-(2-isopropyl-1-oxo-isoquinoline-6-yl)-1-(pyridine-3-yl)-5-methyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazole, hydrogen was added under 4 atm of hydrogen pressure. 8 hours later, the reaction solution was filtrated, the solvents of the filtrate were distilled outunder reduced pressure, and the residues were separated and purified by thin-layer chromatography (chloroform/methanol=10/1) to obtain 23 mg of the above compound as a white solid.
