Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step 6 of Example 2 from 1-ethyl-1H-indazole-3-carboxylic acid (Chemical & Pharmaceutical Bulletin, 1995, 43, 1912-1930) and (+)-tert-butyl cis-5-amino-2-[(4-hydroxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)methyl]piperidine-1-carboxylate (step 1 of Example 27).
