The title compound was prepared (yield 30%) by the procedure of Example 449I, substituting the product of Example 451D for the product of Example 449H. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 1.34 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 6H), 1.69 (s, 3H), 3.43-3.58 (m, 2H), 3.74 (dd, J=10.7, 5.9 Hz, 1H), 5.09 (t, J=5.9 Hz, 1H), 5.57 (br-s, 2H), 6.62 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 6.86 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.12 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.17 (br-t, J=7.0 Hz, 1H), 7.27 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 7.33 (br-d, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 7.68 (dd, J=8.5, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.83 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 8.04 (s, 1H), 8.60 (s, 1H), 8.76 (d, J=10.3 Hz, 1H), 10.10 (s, 1H).
