Beginning with 0.15 gm (0.65 mMol) 5-amino-3-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-yl)pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine and 0.073 mL (0.78 mMol) propyl isocyanate, 0.107 gm (52%) of the title compound were recovered essentially by the procedure of Example 122. An analytical sample was crystallized from aqueous ethanol. m.p.=181° C. (dec.) MS(m/e): 315(M+) Calculated for C17H25N5O: Theory: C, 64.74; H, 7.99; N, 22.2. Found: C, 64.51; H, 7.77; N, 22.46.
