Beginning with 0.15 gm (0.65 mMol) 5-amino-3-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-yl)pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine and 0.096 mL (0.85 mMol) 4-fluorophenyl isocyanate, 0.176 gm (74%) of the title compound were recovered essentially by the procedure of Example 122. An analytical sample was crystallized from methanol. m.p.=245.8° C. (dec.) MS(m/e): 367(M+) Calculated for C20H22N5OF: Theory: C, 65.38; H, 6.03; N, 19.06. Found: C, 65.36; H, 6.23; N, 18.91.
