Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared following the same general protocol as described in Example A318, using 2-fluoro-3-methyl-6-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)benzoic acid, 2-(((2S,3R)-3-methylpiperidin-2-yl)methyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione and 2-fluoro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine. ESI-MS (m/z): 478 [M+1]+. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.75-7.00 (m, 7H), 4.94-2.70 (m, 5H), 2.35-0.65 (m, 11H).
