11.8 parts of semicarbazido-propionic acid hydrazide were dissolved in 23.0 parts of water and 580 parts of dimethylformamide, and 268.75 parts of isocyanate prepolymer solution (a) were added. The clear, colourless elastomeric solution was pigmented with 4% TiO2.
