The title compound was prepared by reaction of 1,2-dihydro-2,2,3-trimethyl-1,3,5-triazino[1,2-a]benzimidazol-4(3H)-one (see Example 1 (B)) with ethyl isocyanate according to the general procedure of Example 10. The product, mp 127°-131° C., was obtained as a white solid in 96% yield. The confirmatory elemental analysis is shown in Table III.
