Reaction Steps
A suspension of tert-butyl 5-(2-(3-hydroxyphenyl)quinazolin-4-ylamino)-1H-indazole-1-carboxylate (100 mg, 0.22 mmol), 2-(chloromethyl)oxazole (31 mg, 0.26 mmol), KI (44 mg, 0.27 mmol), and K2CO3 (122 mg, 0.88 mmol) in dry DMF (1.5 mL) was stirred at 70° C. for 1 h. The mixture was poured into water, filtered, dried under high vacuum for several hours to afford tert-butyl 5-(2-(3-(oxazol-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl)-quinazolin-4-ylamino)-1H-indazole-1-carboxylate.
