The title compound was prepared from 0.203 g of 6-(2-methoxy-phenyl)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,7-diamine from Example 100 and 0.093 mL of tert-butyl isocyanate according to Example 2. The product was purified by medium pressure liquid chromatography eluting with 1:1 CHCl3 :EtOAc; mp 300-301° C.; CIMS (1% ammonia in methane): m/z (relative intensity) 367 (MH+ +1, 67), 368 (MH+ +2, 14), 236 (100).
