From 4-(3-butyl-2-oxo-1-benzimidazolinyl)piperidine and 1,1-dioxido-2-(4-bromobutyl)-5-chloro-1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one using the procedures described in Example 1 there was obtained a white solid upon formation of the HCl salt (from methanol), melting point 192-195° C. Analysis calculated for C27H334N4O4S.HCl.0.8 H2O: C, 54.41; H, 6.02; N, 9.40; found: C, 54.41; H, 5.82; N, 9.34. The NMR was consistent with the structure.
