实验过程

Starting with 4-(5-fluoro-3-ethyl-2-oxo-1-benzimidazolinyl)piperidine and 1,1-dioxido-2-(4-bromobutyl)-5-chloro-1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and following the procedure of Example 1, the title compound was obtained as the HCl salt, melting point 266-268° C. The NMR was consistent with the structure.
