The title compound is prepared from 2-amino-N-(1-(5-methyl-6-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethyl)pyrimidine-4-carb oxamide (20 mg, 0.06 mmol, Step-1 of Example 223, single enantiomer) and acetyl chloride (22 mg, 0.28 mmol) according to the procedure similar to that described in Step-2 of Example 8.
