EtNH2 (1.5 ml of a solution 2 M in MeOH) was added to 1-(2,4-bis-benzyloxy-5-isopropyl-phenyl)-5-[tert-butoxycarbonyl-(4-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-amino]-1H-[1,2,3]triazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (110 mg, 0.15 mmol) and the mixture was heated to 80° C. for 24 hours in a sealed tube. The solvent and the excess of amine were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was used in the next reaction without any purification.
