In certain embodiments, the solvent in step (a) is ethyl acetate. In certain embodiments, the solvent in step (a) is a mixture of acetonitrile and ethyl acetate. In certain embodiments, the volume ratio of acetonitrile versus ethyl acetate is ranging from about 0.1 to about 100.
