Reaction Steps
To 5-((5-chloro-7-(cyclopropylamino)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)methylene)thiazolidine-2,4-dione (30 mg, 0.09 mmol) in NMP was added 2-methylpropan-1-amine (20 mg, 0.268 mmol). The reaction was heated at 130° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was diluted with MeOH and purified by prep HPLC to yield 5-((7-(cyclopropylamino)-5-(isobutylamino)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)methylene)thiazolidine-2,4-dione. LCMS (M+1=373)
