Reaction Steps
To 5-((5-chloro-7-(cyclopropylamino)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)methylene)thiazolidine-2,4-dione (30 mg, 0.09 mmol) in N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP) was added 2-methylpropan-1-amine (20 mg, 0.268 mmol). The reaction was heated at 130° C. overnight. Mixture was diluted with methanol and prepared by HPLC to yield 5-((7-(cyclopropylamino)-5-(isobutylamino)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)methylene)thiazolidine-2,4-dione. LCMS (M+1=373)
